Like the new decor,but still very slow I wanted all services but only got my lashes and brows done due to wait time,I left and had to go elsewhere to finish,and the prices went up,you would think the service would also.

5 stars because they are fast and do an amazing job. 1 star for the overall look of the shop. Very dirty. Once done you literally feel like you need to run home and shower. Wear your play clothes 🤣. Oh and they only do gel nail polish

They do good work at Michael Nails but the price list does not accurately reflect your true cost. For instance a pedicure is listed as 30 dollars. It is not mentioned however that a polish is not included, which it should be. Especially since you are told to pick a polish before being serviced, and since all polishes are gel and add 10 dollars to your price it might be worth mentioning up front.

Long wait was worth it! Susan did her thing! Salon was packed for a good reason, this salon provides good damned results. Friendly welcoming funny staff, smooth feet and crisp Manicure. I'm new to the area and I won't be going anywhere else now that I've found my place. Thank you Susan! See you again soon!
