I made an appt and was in and out within 15 minutes. The ladies in the front were very sweet.

Many reviews here are terrible so here is my experience. I came in for a drug screening (available M-F 1pm-3:30pm, as is clearly printed on my authorization form). The waiting room was full when I arrived, and stayed full the entire time I was waiting. I arrived at 1:15, waited for about 50 minutes before it was my turn, and the actual drug screening took about 5-10 minutes. I was done by 2:15. Main takeaway: be patient, and expect for this to take at least an hour because they stayed busy! Overall I had a good experience here.

I found the staff unhelpful. They provided a flimsy excuse for not honoring my appointment when I had followed every instruction given to me. Horrible experience….didn’t get seen for an hour after arriving for an appointment.

Completely incompetent. Getting a drug test should be ten minutes tops. Instead, the employees do not give anyone updates about when they will be seen, give no reasons for the length of wait, and are rude and disrespectful. It shouldn’t take 2 hours to pee in a cup. This can be done in five minutes. It’s almost like there’s a sense of joy in moving as slowly and ineptly as possible. If I were running this business, I’d be embarrassed.

You can walk in but they take appointments online and usually available same day.

Are these the same rude people at the front desk from 8 years ago or have they replaced them with newer rude people?

Maybe they’re not the rude ones
