I have been trying to make an appointment for days. I have waited on hold for up to an hour and left messages but have not received a call back.

are you calling during the 12-1 pm lunch hour? They are closed then, and they are closed at 3pm on Thursdays and weekends.

I always press 1 which is a doctor wanting to talk to a doctor. If you push 3 to set an appointment, you will hold for hours. I think it is a technology problem. I have told them this.

look for another office to go to go here to get sicker and trated like dirt!!!!
