These guys are a LIFESAVER! Long story short my first property manager was a complete POS. I came to Keyrenter and Pamela had her work cut out for her. We needed to unwind the mess the POS created and she got it done. Then the property was a wreck (very poorly screened applicants) and Joe was FANTASTIC! He was able to get me quotes to get things fixed (all very reasonable prices), he was very flexible when I needed to install new counters, he helped me save me money fixing things rather than replacing like i thought I'd have to. Joe is very quick to respond, always communicates what he's doing, very friendly and SO easy to work with. when everything was finally ready to rent Shawn came in, made some small suggestions that got a new lease signed w/in the week. We post your property, along with photos, on our website as well as over 20 additional websites. A yard sign will be placed as well. We answer the phone and show properties six days a week from 8:30am till 5pm. It normally takes two to four weeks to rent a home.
