this property management company is horrible at communicating, they are very slow and inattentive for maintenance requests and are rude whenever they see the opportunity. our deposit was not returned to us within 30 days as is the legal requirement. dont waste your time or money here.

Renter beware, don't rent from this company. They will keep your deposit at all cost. They are crooked and will screw over the tenant in every way possible. They have many angry tenants that hate the people that work there. Most of their properties have Rats. I had a bad experience. In fact this place was hired by the owner of the property I rented from for 7 years just to displace me. As a single dad with a young daughter and newborn son it was the worst time to be kicked out after paying a fair rent value for many years. Mod properties supported gentrification and is help increasing rent prices in Denver..
