I have several friends that live here. The owners switch out management companies almost every year to the detriment of the community, but its generally run okay. The current management seems to be doing a good job. I encourage people to apply and get on the waiting list.

No I'm sorry they're not it's a tax credit property

I've tried calling for more info about this place this past week, but it's gone straight to voicemail each time. Is there another way to contact them. Even sent an email inquiry, no response yet

So, as far as I know (my aunt lives there) the office is always closed. The other night the police were there to help an elderly man and they couldn't get the door open, so he laid there on the floor in pain. If you are looking to move there, maybe try the apartments down the road a little bit. I hope this helped.
