unbelievably rude, bigoted

DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY SIERRA MANAGED PROPERTY! They are only after your money, they pushed out our old management and immediately began increasing fees, in some cases doubling them. They also fail to execute any maintenance projects without falling short in one regard or another. One of the projects they used as an excuse for our money was to redo our parking lot. Unfortunately, like all projects, they approached it with 0 forthought or planning, and went with the cheapest labor they could find, which was reflected in the botched final product. As a result, they eliminated almost the entirety of our visitor parking, moved tenants spaces around without their consent. If you reach out to them, you are often faced with very rude responses, especially Kierra Dacres, and I can’t believe they allowe her to interact with customers. The whole company is a disgrace. STAY AWAY

Rent at your own risk ! The whole Carlton apartment building is a lead hazard as I know because my son went for a routinely check up and got his blood drawn and results came back that he had high levels of lead poisoning we was told by the health department after the lead investigator came out , that after he got the results he would send them to the landlord after a month of not hearing anything from sierra management we called them to see what was going on and they told us they never got any test results or anything related to lead investigation.After we told them about the situation multiple people from the office was being very very rude and not once did anybody apologize or say anything kind when it came to the situation like it was our fault they have a poor landlord my kid having lead poisoning was the least of their concern when it was already an inconvenience for us because we had.to move due to safety hazards I would never rent here again especially with the people working in the office rudest people I have ever talked to and I hope they lose their job after all this is over !!

Belen was the rep's name that just answered. I just spoke to her as I sadly had to withdraw my application for a rental @ one of their properties. I was DELIGHTED I was connected with a person right away & she was so friendly & kind to me!!! THANK YOU so much, I appreciate your professionalism:)
