I bought earpods that broke 3 months later. Walked into the store, and an associate said - "Do you want to buy new ones or see a tech?" I said, "Why would I buy new ones after these broke after only 3 months? Isn't there a warranty?". And she said, "They are only $20. Do you want to buy new ones?"
I insisted on seeing a tech and got them replaced for free. But the gall of the first associate insisting I just buy new ones! Unbelievable!

If you have an appointment with a "genius," be VIGILANT at your scheduled time. Hunt down an unoccupied employee yourself. The staff will make zero effort to find you, even if you're waiting exactly where the check-in person tells you to wait. They'd rather just cancel your appointment and move on.

No, but there are long wait times. When you get there they will take your phone number and text you when it is your turn. It is best to get there when they open.

I purchased an iPad and downloaded Adobe Acrobat. When I try to open a website form, I can't get it to open in Adobe Acrobat, it keeps opening in the browser so I can't fill it out.When I open the form in Windows 10/Android it opens in Adobe.

Any emails at all or specific to a certain group? Check your spam, promotion and social inbox. Also make sure they have your correct email. Lastly, make sure your syncing is active. I'm sorry if my answers are general but not sure what you're using and who you're wanting emails from.

I have a new Mac Pro laptop and one I purchased five years ago. On the new one In my Gmail I cannot open word documents sent to me by anyone. Also when I open a document on desktop I cannot save it. When opening word attachments I get a error message indicating that I need access. When I click on get Access I get a message that I do not have permission to access. When I go onto my old laptop I can open and save word documents without a problem. What can I do to open and save documents from gmail?

No he has to stay. If there is a repair needed like broken screen or battery replacement he can usually go and come back but that would be after he talks to a phone tech

An intelligent human would call the apple store on they're iPhone and make an appt don't you think?
You can also walk in the store and you can get a appointments fixed immediately. Waiting times could be as low as 30 minutes or as high as 6 hours. Cheers

For Security reasons you may never be able to unlock a iPhone, unless it was involved in a serious crime, which Law enforcement will have to weight in.
I have an apple keyboard that is not working. I went to Apple Northbrook, and bought one, and they suggested, I bring in the keyboard that is not working, to the genius bar, to see if they can fix it. Just waiting now.
