I love Kids First and have been coming here for the last 8 years since my child was born. The physicians and Nurses are great. However they have very rude receptionist. I called to let them know I was running late since I live so far from them now and was informed that it is okay if I am a little late. Once I arrived at my daughters school to pick her up I called again just to make sure it was okay and that now I was looking at being 15min late. The person I reached this time was rude and said that that is too late and that the doctors have to many patients today. I said okay can I reschedule she said yes but I would have to pay the $35 no show fee, which again I was on my way there so technically was not going to be a no show. Not only was the lady rude but now I honestly don’t feel like coming back to the office. They use to be so understanding and had great office staff and now I am not sure I will ever go back. It’s sad because I loved the doctors and nurses there.

I just moved to Chicago and was looking for a pediatric clinic for my kids and theres a woman in patient services named Christina who explained it all to me. She was so helpful. I will definitely be making KIDS FIRST PEDIATRIC my primary clinic. IF Christina sees this Thank you for easing my anxiety ❤️

Used to be a great practice... but their credibility is toast. They are still forcing your kids (even 2 year olds) to wear a mask at this practice. I see one of the doctors from here in public regularly, and he admits that the masks are a joke but doesn't have the guts to not enforce the state's absurd and evil mandate. Other practices aren't enforcing the insanity, but they just love COVID at this office. It's their favorite thing ever.

Please see the response from Dr. Aronson below: "No- we have all taken care of children with a variety of kidney and urologic conditions, but bone of us has a specific specialty in working with infants with renal failure." Hope this answers your question.
I think Saturdays are appointment only, you can always call and make one, even last minute, if they are available.
