If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT take your child here! Go to childrens in Dallas! We took our son on a Sunday night because he had been sick all weekend coughing ALOT, and our pediatrician was closed. The whack job doctor basically dismissed our concerns and told us “it was just a cold” and told us to just ride it out. I even asked about possible flu or rsv, and the doctor told me no way, “those are just colds too” The next day my son tanked, fever spiked up to almost 104, coughing got worse so we decided to call our pediatrician. He tested positive for flu and rsv and needed oxygen / breathing treatments. He also needed a chest x ray for possible pneumonia because he was wheezing. If we would’ve listened to the whack job doctor at Cooks Mansfield and “rode it out,” he probably would’ve gotten worse and needed hospitalization. To top it off, when the office manager contacted us about our experience, they basically told us there was nothing they could do and they didn’t even offer to refund our $50 copay for a misdiagnosis and treatment that we DID NOT receive! If my child would’ve ended up worse, I would’ve taken legal action. This whole practice is a joke and shouldn’t be treating kids!!!

Very upset with their customer service at scheduling, I called to make an appointment on Friday afternoon for my newborn baby who was born Thursday to get him an appointment with Dr. Daniels. Spoke with Veronica and she told me I couldn’t get an appointment until baby gets added on insurance which is ridiculous because it takes more than a week in most cases for them to even appear on the insurance and I explained to her I had insurance myself so he should be good on mine for up to a month she refused to give me an appointment and I couldn’t leave the hospital with out having a newborn appointment for that Monday so I had to find a clinic that was opened on Saturdays to get my baby an appointment to be able to leave the hospital. Very upset because I was looking forward to having Dr. Daniels as my baby’s pediatrician.
