Had an appointment at 8.45 am, reached there at 8.30 and made a call as advice, was put on hold until 8.50 am, so walked into the reception and was told to go back to the car and call again. which I did. the reception picks up the call puts on hold and check our records, took 3 mins and was told to pay the fee over the phone so they can send a nurse to check on first. I asked to send the nurse, to evaluate first, without any treatment of even looking at the sick son. They insisted on paying the amount first and then will send out a nurse. No words to state except change the Doctor's office, which I did. Thank you Kids care pediatrics.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Money motivated and could care less about your time or concerns. Dr Selzer was great but every other encounter with this staff has been horrible. Wouldn’t give them another dime. Other than one girl (believe her name is Lindsey) they should clean house.

My 2 girls have been going to Kid Care Pediatrics for more than 11 years. The front desk staff is great and the nurses always respond quickly to my calls. The office is always able to accommodate my sick child on the same day. Dr. Leffel is a great pediatrician, she takes the time to listen, gives advice and provides excellent treatment. A+ facility and staff at the Keller office.
