Victorian is the rudest teller I have ever encountered. She is aggressive, unfriendly and overall extremely unpleasant. She openly said a racial slur to myself and 4 other of my employees when they’ve come into this branch. Wells Fargo should be ashamed of themselves for employing someone like this. I will be removing all of my business from Wells Fargo because Victorian has made me never want to do business with this company again.

Line is long but moves fast. They have to keep the employees safe also. If you think this line is slow go to B of A across the street. I waited in line for an hour.

They only staff every other window because of covid. Because of this the wait is really long. You're not going to get covid standing at a bank window for a couple minutes.Hi, Joe. I would give no stars if possible. I've had the WORST customer service at this bank. A bank should be the most professional of institutions, but this branch has been extremely disappointing. I've been asked what my money is for by a teller, as in how I made my money and have had the amount of money I make commented on. Any time I've voiced a concern, it has been disregarded.
