We went into this store in August 2022 to see what promotions were available. A guy named Cory W. helped us. He said he had the best opportunities for us at the time and did his whole speech of plan price, add a line, add a free iPad etc. We were currently paying $197. He said he could get us about $40 cheaper so we were like cool! Fast forward to our current billing cycle and instead of lower it's $60 MORE than what we were paying before! We tried going back into the store to discuss this with Cory and we found out he was promoted to Manager at the Beaumont location. We drove 30 minutes to that store where he was not currently working but spoke to the Asst. Manager. He has NO idea how Cory came up with the original offer that he sold us. All he could do for us was remove all insurances off devices which would bring the bill down to $190. Which also removed our "free unlimited screen glass replacement" that we had paid $40 for! We were never told that this was only in combination with the insurance coverage. So now we paid $40 for 3 glass covers when that could have easily bought us a lot more screen protectors elsewhere had we just bought them individually for $4 each online. Cory W. did the ultimate bait and switch on us and it's completely UNACCEPTABLE and deceiving. Next time anyone has an interaction with a TMobile employee, they should be recording the conversation because it's most likely a bunch of BS they're spewing. We will never recommend this company or store to anyone. I will also be looking into contacting Corporate or further employee/business complaint about this interaction.
