I always receive excellent service when I have a problem with my Verizon devices. It tends to get a little busy but it's worth the wait. Customer service is excellent.

Lying sales reps, don't trust their information. Was given a free "trial" om there internet and it was terrible so I returned it, package obviously was lost and now being charged 200 dollars. Use any other cellular company.

Avoid this store! Porting my number to Verizon took over 4 hours of contact with customer support due to clerical error. Such a headache!
