Can’t recommend this place. Everyone I’ve talked to about this place... people are left in shock when I tell them the things I went through during my time here. People can genuinely get a house here, however, financing terms are definitely not what I’d consider fair market by any means. Any attorney or professional in real estate would advise against these financing terms.
