Potential Tenant here, wanted to come by and tour the apts. There are too many 1 star reviews. This is not cool and very concerning.

Rent Price Is Acceptable. But Overall Not Worth It. Mice, Roaches, Outdated Cabinets Thats Falling Apart. People Leaving Trash In Stairwell For Maintenance To Take Out. Walls Are So Thin You Can Feel/Hear Any Excessive Noise From Neighbors Thats Next To Or Above You. Almost Every Washer And Dryer In The Building Doesn’t Work. This Place Needs To Be Condemned.

DONT MOVE HERE!!! Management is very rude and unprofessional in most ways. Maintenance people are useless, The apartments are damaged but won’t look like it because they cover up everything on the walk through. Will not fix any problems just cover it up. Not worth it!!

They said they don’t have a corporate office
They say that they are pet friendly, just pay a deposit of $300-350 on cats and dogs and $35 added to the rent monthly
