T-Mobile is #1 for performance. Their illusion of customer service is the best in the cellular industry. What a waste of my time. I’d rather get acceptable service then a discount, so, did you receive the divorce decree yet?

I would it give no stars. This place looks nice inside and outside, physically talking, but their customer services was very deficient. I think the females workers were having a bad day, or maybe it was the time that I came in ( late afternoon) I don’t know. they looked like they did not want to talk with nobody, I just went to trade in my old cellphones, because I just switched from spectrum to T-Mobile , and now I am regretting it . If you do work with people, you know , you got it be polite even though you are not in the mood, is part of your job. From the beginning to the end of this service, was a very bad experience, I won’t go back to that store anymore. Very disappointed.
