DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT!!!!!!!! The day we were there, there were about 40 people in there whose clothes were held hostage in broken machines that were locked shut but stopped in mid-cycle (about 3/4s of the available machines broke). No phone number for owners, alarm company put us through to voicemail, Boone Police Department refused to offer any help. We all finally started unplugging all the machines ourselves and extracted our wet soapy clothes and went elsewhere while the willfully absentee owners kept everyone’s money and provided no service for it. I read in other reviews that this happens regularly. Bad business.

Best laundromat in Boone! Been going every week for a year. Always clean, nice owners, only put money into two broken washers all year. If you have to leave the house to do laundry, do it here.

I go to this laundromat quite often and it’s okay. Today, I put my detergent and clothing in the washer per instructions. Paid $3.75 and the washer isn’t working. Can’t call anyone to ask for help or let them know it’s broken because the wood supply store is closed so no one is answering the phone. No phone number for the laundromat. Just wasted money, detergent, and scent beads.

As far as getting your laundry done it's fine. Clean machines and plenty of them. Parking lot is small and poorly marked. Steep prices, but the real problem is there's a absolutely no masking and noone to enforce it.
