Studio West is such a great community, and the property manager goes way above and beyond the job description. I will say I was hesitant to get a studio at first; however, I could not be more pleased with my decision! It's close enough to school, there's a bus stop out in front, a great community, and they've got an indoor pool. I mean, come on, that's sweet.

It's small for the price but it does the job. Management is friendly. My only complaint is the noise from the road but there's not much that can be done for that.

I'll be honest, I was a little hesitant about living in a studio but I honestly love it here. It's the perfect amount of space for one person and only having a rent bill to pay is convenient (because utilities are included). As a college student, I get so much work done without roommates to distract me. The bus stop is also right in front of the property and there's always a bus you can catch to campus. It's quiet and feels very safe and the amenities are everything I need. My cat also likes it here, too.

I have very much enjoyed my experience so far living at Studio West. The rooms are small, but are not a problem for a single resident. The furnishings are well used, but not in bad condition, and there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. The complex is very conveniently located about a mile and a half from Appalachian State, and there is a bus stop located directly in front of the complex. Overall, I am very happy with the accommodations here at Studio West, and would recommend it to anyone looking for their own living space in Boone.
