My family has been hearing major complaints from my sibling and other residents she speaks with. Management fails to do inspections, rarely respond to emails, and recently failed to implement a new car registration. They as the new owners did not provide written notice or warning to tenants regarding the new system and only sent an email blast to an ad hoc email listing. Not even using their own web portal for this notification as well Multiple residents were not on the listing and were forced to pay to remove boots from their cars and the company refuse to pay to remove the boots themselves despite admitting that they failed to notify them of the new system. This is just the latest incident of their mismanagement in the last few months.

Disgusting front office workers, our kitten had gotten stolen out of our until a few months ago and management had 0 care for the situation when we begged for security footage, it took 3 hours of walking around begging someone to give us the footage. We had a total of 3 leaks in the apartment throughout the year due to poor construction, Fire alarms would go off constantly, never any parking (promised visitor parking and not once in the 12 month lease was there any visitor parking). Elevators were constantly not working. And best of them all there was a lovely note on my door saying I had a fee of some sort but when I contacted them for proof I was sent a blank document. This property changed management 3 times in the time I lived there, for a newer building/company there should not be this many issues. STAY AWAY!!!

400 beds and 130 parking spots. But don’t worry, they won’t tell you that until after you’ve signed a lease and paid a deposit!! Absolutely ridiculous. Also they kicked my daughters friend out and revoked her lease after she signed it in DECEMBER because they got “new management”.” find anywhere else to live.
