Apparently no one really works here, because out of all the nurses and doctors walking past my mom's room, none of them can actually come in the room and help her even though we've been here over 4hrs. This place has really went down hill, such a joke!

These people are very very rude, my sister in law is in a lot of pain, in the process of having a baby… every single nurse has been unfriendly and unkind, these nurses don’t say a word when they come in and stay silent through the entire time they’re checking on her. They won’t even unlock the doors when your ring the bell to go back, they stare and are completely rude. Worst care I’ve saw in a while.

This hospital emergency room has the very worst bedside manner I've ever seen. Their reluctance to diagnose or run tests actually endangered a patient. The front desk lady was all about her own health issues when she should have been addressing the needs of a patient, and the doctor on duty treated his patient as though they were a frequent flyer. I do not recommend this hospital. It used to be great, now it's all gone to hell.
