Terrible hospital. Been there twice, once for a surgery and once for er/inpatient testing and I will never go back. Rude arrogant doctors. Bad night nurses. Bad communication all around. And no answers. The family practice doctors were great, the GI staff working with my GI doctor were great although the main doc was not. And most of the nurses were great except the night nurse, you know the one you're stuck with when your family is goes home. If you can go anywhere else, go anywhere else!

I took my sister into ER at 9:00pm. Symptoms, bad headache , swollen leg (foot) and pain in her chest....my sister has a trach, on oxygen 24/7 and can barely walk using a walker....I pulled up at ER and ask for help bringing her in. Like in 3minutes a nurse was out at car helping...soon after she was taken for EKG.....all staff was friendly, efficient, and willing to help....my sister was admitted and being treated for infection. Thank you staff

Labor and Delivery staff is terrible, unprofessional and unkind. If you are in your third trimester do yourself the trouble and go to the Dearborn location. Traumatic experience to say the least. Please heed the warning and go to another location. Incompetent staff and you do not want to play with your life or that of your child.

I went and they refused to give me a covid test I've paid twice 100 dollars for covid test to go on a special trip it's super annoying that they wouldn't test me
I couldn’t agree more with you. Do yourself a favor and ask for Kristen the housing supervisor. Then ask for Michael because he is the patient advocate for complaints.
The wait is generally on lab results. If they draw blood or do any type of imaging those have to be processed and unfortunately in some cases that takes time
Researchers at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak are participating in a nationwide study to test the safety and efficacy of a COVID-19 vaccine being developed. The AZD1222 COVID-19 VACCINE Study will evaluate an investigational vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19 in adults. Due to the significant interest in participation in this study, Beaumont has paused registration. Visit beaumont.org/covid-trial for more information.
I completely agree and understand your frustration. Many of these nurses and staff members go by the motto “rules for thee, but not for me”. It’s highly unprofessional and not okay for them to treat anyone with disregard to their medical emergency. Also, call Kristen the housing supervisor because she does care and will get you in touch with the patient advocate Michael.
It’s an emergency room. If you come in with an injury that doesn’t risk life, limb or eyesight. You’re going to wait. This is true for every hospital. And coming in via ambulance thinking it’ll speed your entry to be seen...if it’s not an emergency, you’ll be placed in a wheelchair to be triaged in the waiting room.
You need to call and ask for the housing supervisor and then to a patient advocate.
One of the worst hospitals in the world to be honest with you they need to be re-evaluated to even be able to be a medical facility
We are currently not offering rapid tests at our Wayne hospital.
It's THAT BAD! They do NOT accept Anxiety or PTSD as valid medical/mental conditions. I REQUIRE my partner with me at all times. They MADE US SIT OUTSIDE FOR OVER 2 HOURS IN 38 DEGREE WEATHER. The ONE time we went in to warm up, the security guard KICKED US OUT. Saying we were blocking the way. We were right against the wall, with TONS of room. You tell me if they are bad!
Yes you do. There's also a fan that blows on you so you don't get too hot while in there.
30-45 min depends what mri is for. Spinal, Brain, ect...
I would think somewhere on the page there is a web contact listed where you could email, if not report it to the Hospital Business Office.
Depends on the issue....Breathing on Oxygen & Take presidance over everyone else.
Wayne City Hall it'll take them a few days/weeks to get it made up though.
cafeteria only
Human services
City hall of wayne..20 dollars if your using a debit card theres a 2 doll fee.
To be honest you're better off going to a completely different hospital I would not take my dying dog to Annapolis Hospital as one of the worst in the world
