I couldn’t agree more with you. Do yourself a favor and ask for Kristen the housing supervisor. Then ask for Michael because he is the patient advocate for complaints.
On Oct. 15th along with these thank you cards I also sent a dozen long stem red and white roses to each floor. Not sure if the nurses received them, I delivered them through outpatient and I left them with the nurse at the desk. It would be nice to know if they were delivered?
