Can i call to speak to a doctor to ask questions
Ask for the patient representative. They are required to have one and asking any employee is all you should have to do. Or call the main number. You can also go to your payer with a problem (insurance company or public payer like Medicare or Medicaid).
Ide like to speak to the person that holds that title too
