It's THAT BAD! They do NOT accept Anxiety or PTSD as valid medical/mental conditions. I REQUIRE my partner with me at all times. They MADE US SIT OUTSIDE FOR OVER 2 HOURS IN 38 DEGREE WEATHER. The ONE time we went in to warm up, the security guard KICKED US OUT. Saying we were blocking the way. We were right against the wall, with TONS of room. You tell me if they are bad!
I've never had a problem there, they've always treated me well, in fact thanks to the ER doctors quick thinking she saved my life because I had multiple blood clots including 2 in my lungs, for that I will always be grateful
