Ashley was an amazing associate who got us in and out quick. Great location!!!

Today, my husband checked in and they called him before he even sat down, so that was good. The location is tricky to get into and out of due to traffic in the parking lot and the store's placement in the building. Staff are sometimes helpful, but not always. Today they seemed to want to charge a fee for a technical visit even though their old wiring is problematic. The guy also seemed to be looking for a way not to give us the current promotion.

Very knowledgeable folks. Only complaint is...they need to be a little more patient with older customers on explaining questions the newer technology. But they are friendly. Thank you!

I tried , no where I can see that number
Need answer to question, please provide number for store, NOT Comcast's main number. I need to speak with someone at the store.
They want you to deal with customer service and when they do that, have customer service ask for the store manager to call you back
it is very frustrate that you can't get a store number
Yes and it's just a little wait but for me it was quick.go there
It is limited as they do not have the training as the techs, but you happen to be in luck because I am a technical trainer for comcast. What question do you have?
Replace the batteries.
Call the store and they can help.
Yes
Yes, they will even give you advice on setup
probably. You should call and find out.
Never called them, just drove there.
I dont know the answer to your question. You may be able to find the answer on their website. However, I would suggest going to the Xfinity store for a face to face with one of their cstrnr reps. Another option may be to call the Xfinity number and ask a rep to transfer you to the customer retention department and see if they can reduce your bill outright or offer a promotion that could reduce the bill for the duration of the promotion.
Yesterday there was cable out all day so far were good right now and we are in loganville close to walton
Yes. No charge.
Idk but u can ask if u can get the phone from Verizon and use Comcast
Call your Xfinity office, they helped me and now my tv is working
Go to the store in snellville.. bring your bill so they're sure to get your account number right, it has a barcode on it.
You can check the Xfinity web site but I am pretty sure you can not buy a modem from Comcast. You would need to buy a compatible modem from a third party retailer and whatever warranty comes with that particular brand would apply. Odds are good you can get one cheaper than the monthly rental fee charged by Xfinity that would add up over time but you will need to make sure to keep up with the periodic firmware updates.
Yes
Yes
Can't help you there.
That's the crazy way they work it plus there's no store managers if you go there you may come out more frustrated than when you came in. I have Insurance on my phone but it took me 3 months to get my new phone replaced by one sweetheart of a worker who was willing to put her Job on the line for me.
Good question, I'll have to find that out myself
Glad i could help. If you had a power failure even for a second at your home, that might have caused the issue. By unplugging and replugging it causes comcast xfinity to reestablish a link to their isp so that is why that worked for you. I do not work for xfinity. I just know a bit as i used to sell wireless networks for businesses.
Call customer service for the number.
Not open New Year's Day as the app & 800 said they were supposed to be.
Refund? You haven't paid for it up front. You are leasing it. If you return it, the leased amount will be deducted from your monthly bill. Be careful because you may increase your bill by removing it.
Thank you so much but I was wondering about the new Hallmark channel
I wouldn't say that you were lied to I would say that it is like any large company one Department doesn't know what the other department is doing
We have service and we are in Snellville.
Call the company. I have not dealt with the mobile part of the company.
