I would do this review without the star if it was an option. After an hour wait time I got an email saying the order was ready. When I went in I told the guy my name and he looked it up and said nothing. He went to the back and kept making pizzas. Came back 30 mins later and said it’s going to be another 20 mins. Why did my order say it was ready and able to pick up in the thing if he didn’t even have it made. Not to mention the other lady working there saw a train of 4 people come in after me and walked out and left. When I asked where the Manager is he said that girl was the manager.

This review is based off our experience while ordering, not based off the food. Arrived around 8:35, was told it would take 15 minutes. Took an extra 10-15 minutes longer than expected, and the two ladies working seemed a little stressed because it was kind of busy and one of them was struggling a bit. But TESSA was an absolute trooper! She was basically working register and making pizza, and she was extremely patient with her coworker who was confused and struggling on register. Multiple times the woman on register went to ask Tessa for help while she was busy making and boxing up pizzas, but Tessa was quick and thorough and made sure the woman on register was able to take care of customers as quick as possible. She juggled both the front and back and took care of those waiting for deliveries. Great job Tessa, you showed great leadership skills!!

Lotus Love

Had to wait a long time for the pizzas, the pizza was fresh when we finally received it. However the order was incorrect and because I do not consume pork I was not able to eat any of the pizza, we didn't feel like going back. Always check your pizza before leaving after waiting a long time for the order.

Always a long wait even when you order online. But it tastes great for the price. I really feel like the owner needs to hire more people the employees bust their butts. I was there the last time on a friday night. There was a lot of people waiting inside and outside. There was only 2 employees working and they looked so frazzled.
