Constantly missing parts of the order while being charged full price at delivery. Food is good if you get it. Service is absolutely horrible. I'm done with these guys. Sad part is they have a great product. But don't count on it to feed family in a time that you need to cause someone is going to be sadly unhappy

This place was horrible during pride parade 2022. My wife asked for water to take outside to our friend and the front bar said sure. Then when she walked out, the front door man knocked it out of her hands yelling no drinks outside. She said it was water and he said doesn’t matter. I went and talked to him saying hey I understand you thought you were doing your job but it was water and the front desk said it was ok to take outside. He said I don’t care and said he called the cops.

Recently I called into order the pizza of the month advertised at 50% off. After I ordered the order taker quoted me the full price instead of the discounted price. He said that the discount was only good for online orders, which was false. The ad stated "online or call in." When I pointed this out he became indignant. A few days later I called in to tell the manager about my experience. I explained that I was not looking for any kind of "freebie," but that I just wanted her to know about my experience first hand rather than post a review! Her answer was "go ahead a post a review." Wow!
