Best, best best quilt store around! Beautiful fabrics, always and only the best! So knowledgeable, helpful, and caring folks who are there too. Always meeting other wonderful sewists there too. They also do such quality long arm quilting there as well. Can hardly wait for their classes to come back. Unfortunately, those are on hold until the pandemic stuff has passed and its allowed again.

I am amazed at the design sense of the long arm quilters at Golden State! I usually leave the pattern and thread color to the long arm quilters choice. It's like a gift when I pick up my quilt and see what they did with the long arm quilting. So, yesterday I picked up several quilts. Their choice of pattern, thread color ...and even the size of the pattern to match the quilt design...elevated the level of artistry of my quilts. I love this quilt store. You can never get to the bottom of all of the kits, fabric and notions that they have. The staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I routinely get color consults from the staff when I am stuck which is often.
