Please contact your local Jack in the Box restaurant manager to discuss potential opportunities to raise funds for a school or local charity.

If you sign up for the app with an email address, please fill out all the required fields. Then hit submit. You will be asked to check your email to verify ownership of the account. Delivery times vary based on your location, restaurant hours and availability of third-party delivery services. If delivery is not available at a given time, then you will receive a message stating “Delivery is not available”.

In addition to our heightened cleaning and disinfecting procedures and protective gear requirements, we have also added visual social distancing guidelines on floors and tables, installed sneeze guards to protect team member and guest interactions at the counter, and eliminated all shared condiment stations.

You can order from Jack in the Box through our drive-thru, mobile app, third-party delivery partners, and even carry-out, where permitted.

We currently offer delivery through the following third-party providers, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and GrubHub. Coverage by provider will vary by location.

Jack in the Box is known for our 24/7 drive-thru services, but what is most important for us right now is our guests and team members' health and safety. Therefore, our hours of operation have been slightly modified by location. We recommend you check your local restaurant for modified hours.
