The level of human is so 👍 and 😞 both. Meaning we're all getting older and Concord CA is are these times, the Best of times and the worst of times. I do love appreciate and admire clean and maintained infrastructure. It's a fine line, to define perspective.

i thought it was just me this place is horrible they pretend to care staff is not friendly i came in with balance issues and in pain did not give me nothing for pain did not try to find out what was wrong with me just sent me home and gave me a neurologist number (no referral )that don't take most insurance most Doc. would at least make sure they take your insurance just lazy its a shame folks complain about this place. i went to summit emergency got treated with respect and they ran test this the staff is nice and care about your well being not lazy just all around good staff always have been...and gave me something for pain while i was waiting for my Ct results and blood test that is what Doctor do Try to find out whats wrong with you i was very upset leaving this place still feeling bad and sick. horrible place both walnut creek also lazy staff.

My sister Leigh was brought in today 1/13/22 at 3:30pm by ambulance due to severe pain and was rudely treated with disdain and ambivalence by nurse Tina. God help anyone really sick who might have Tina as their nurse. She decided repeatedly scolding my sister was a good way to handle her in her time of crisis. Once Leigh was admitted she received excellent care- and had successful gallbladder surgery. I am trying to reach someone, anyone in their Patient Experience Dept but have been disconnected by full voicemail messages. The last one was an out bound “out of office” voicemail during which “Nicole” states she’s out from July thru September!! It’s January- who is monitoring the department that is tasked with monitoring the patient experience for Concord’s John Muir hospital? These are hard times but it appears no one is driving the bus at this facility.

Called the emergency roon and the lady who picked up was so extremely rude and seems like sje literally has no heart. Sje almost seemed like she was annoyed i was calling to check on a sibling.
