Love the arcade so much fun after bowling

I was there today at 815, the old cashier was taking care of 3 adults 5 kids which I can understand but after 20 minutes of waiting we left. It’s unprofessional not to have a second cashier on a busy day (sunday). They had other workers there. Worst part is he kept talking and joking around which was the reason why it was taking so long. What’s the point of upselling if your still loosing customers.

I have been here twice and it was a great experience both times. It took my girlfriend and it is a great place to take a date. I played 2 games of bowling had drinks at the bar and played at the arcade both times. The bartender was great she was very friendly both times and made some great drinks with good conversation. Bowling is fun you get to choose your own theme. Arcade had plenty of options. Only thing about the arcade was that all my tickets that accrued the first time were deleted the second time I went but other than that the experience was perfect.

I wrote a bad review about 4 hours ago. And they have already responded. I will visit this establishment again because if they are that diligent in solving customer problems then they deserve another chance everybody has bad days. It is in a nice location they've got plenty of lanes and plenty of seating and a huge arcade we just had a very bad experience. I am very happy that the manager reached out . I then read some reviews that other people have written and they have responded to all of them thank you for being very diligent in solving customer issues and I hope you get this business back on track because we need more bowling alleys and fun places like this where we can hang out at.
