Pretty sure he's talking about the people who don't wait their turn and start going while you are already throwing your ball. Doubt you could really enforce anything even if it shows instructions, doubt anyone is going to sit down and read them. If someone doesn't know how to wait their turn its best to wait a little extra time and go after them everytime even if your pins are down already and theirs isn't.

Are you saying you would like for the scoring system to explain bowling etiquette to anyone that enter their information into the system prior to bowling? And what would you suggest those instructions say?
