What a great bike shop! I just bought a Specialized Diverge and had such a good experience. Noelle and Jake helped me with the whole process including setting me up with shoes and pedals to go along with the bike. Jake took care of the fitting process making all the adjustments to fit my body and riding style. Overall super happy with my experience there and will certainly be a repeat customer. Kudos to Wheel Away Cycle Center! Keep up the great work!

Recently purchased a 2022 Tarmac here. Great crew all around. They helped me swap the wheelset and install new pedals + power meter. All around prices were very reasonable for the aftermarket work and fast turnaround as well. Jake was super helpful and spent some time with me on the fitting station which was just what I needed to get off to a fast start on the new bike. 10/10 would recommend Wheel Away for anyone looking for entry level or their 2nd / 3rd bike.

Knowledgeable and empathetic! I came in with my friend who needed a helmet. Instantly, an employee greeted us and asked us what we were in for. He efficiently helped us find a low-cost helmet that fit the bill- in a stylish lavender color. He explained how to tell when a helmet fits right (so it isn't sliding), and verified that we had the product we needed. We knew what we needed, and he helped us get in and out!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. All the employees are super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I asked a billion questions and went in at least 5 times before actually purchasing a bike. Jake was extremely nice helping me find the right bike. Then once it came in, the owner, Rick, called to tell me the good news. He was very excited and had a fun way of telling me my long awaited bike was here! Noelle, Mike, and Sawyer were also very nice whenever I had questions or concerns. At first, the fact that they only carry Specialized bikes felt limiting, but since it can be overwhelming choosing from so many brands, it actually helped simplify the process. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for all bike needs. -Brian
