All providers fees increase. I have used all of them. I am not sure for all states but for George ATL area Xfinity Internet speeds r the best. I have blast speed which is 100 megas per secind. (Game play).

I don't know. But be real careful doing business with them. They have all kinds of hidden fees beyond the price for the package, especially if you get cable from them. They charge you for each dvr, which is only good for one tv, they charge you for HD, the charge for local news, even if you don't watch local news, they charge you for local sports fee even if you don't watch that, and if you use too much Internet they charge you extra, up to $200 a month unless you op for unlimited Internet which is a $50 premium over your package price. At a minimum you should expect your cable service to cost at least $35 above what the say is the cost for any service that includes cable. Once net neutrality is over expect things to get worse as they then have the right to block k you from certain Internet sites and make other sites run slow.
