I wouldn't say that you were lied to I would say that it is like any large company one Department doesn't know what the other department is doing

I'm going to call again... I called yesterday at 8a and was told good news it'll be on at 5:58p....i called at 6p and was told Sat at 5:58p again and was told she sees the notes but the previous agent was wrong... I explained that i already told my job I'd be logging into work based on being misinformed ave was told someone would call last night of course in Comcast fashion... Nothing

I think you should keep calling. We had issue with ours and we unplugged the box and pulled it back in and it started working. It went out a few times during the storm, but came right back up and we live in Snellville. Good luck!
