Audio Lab has worked on a Teac a6300 reel and a Phase Linear 400 and Phase Linear 4000 II .the Teac they had 9 months,I was told this before I left it. I thought there was more wrong with it than there was .they only fixed what was wrong. It is about 50 years old and works perfectly. The Phase Linear was brought back to like new condition. There is a good reason it takes so long. There are few places that can do this work. They could not have done a better job. I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. Either these folks have no clue or are just not being honest. Over the past 4 years that have always been the same for me..outstanding. Stephen Pierce

READ THE REVIEWS! I'm a college student trying to have fun whilst playing games with my buddies and share it to the rest of the internet. I use a Helicon GoXLR soundboard for all my audio needs and absolutely cherish it. Unfortunately, one night, the headphone port on the back of the soundboard blew out (which I primarily used as my main port for listening). I contacted TC Helicon through a somewhat unprofessional website, and they redirected me to Audio Lab of Georgia... When I contacted ALG, they seemed very short with me regarding my issue, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, considering they said Helicon dumped all their customers over to them. I talked back and forth with them regarding issue, price, timeline for which it'd be fixed, etc. Boy was that a waste of time; it took them 5 months to fix my GoXLR. Bear in mind they said "a few weeks." It was a $50 shipping and examination fee, which also supposedly went to repairs as well. Unfortunately, after calling numerous times in regards to the repair schedule, they deflected the blame to China, claiming all their parts come from there and they didn't know when they'd be ready. Finally, after months of frustration, I talked with a lovely lady named Wendy, who, after a short conversation, said if I forked up an extra $50 on top of the original repair ($100), she'd have them replace the broken part with in-house parts and have it ready in a week. A week... In total, I paid roughly $150-$170. Lost track after the 5 month delay. Had I known what I know now, I probably would've just sold the soundboard for cheap and purchased a new one. Not to mention the LED's in the board look extremely wonky now, but I digress. I would've given them a 1 star had Wendy not come in to save the day, but unfortunately, it can't get much better than that. I'll end it with this, read the reviews, and seriously consider sending it in. Make sure the problem is worth the time, money, and potential mental frustration. Happy listening!

Pay attention! Read the reviews carefully and you will see the deceptive pattern and practices this business uses. Since the pandemic there has been a strong resurgence in the vintage audio equipment domestic and abroad. Taking your vintage equipment and waiting six months after paying a fee is how this scam works. It’s worth more to the business if you either decide it cost too much to repair or you just lose interest in it after the six month waiting period. Yes they will make you an offer for pennies because after they repair it, it’s worth hundreds more. How do I know? I had some vintage equipment I traded for repairs which took them about thirty days to complete and when I saw the equipment on display and the price tag they put on it you can see it was just pure greed. Money Hungry Watch out! UPDATED: I was hoping the big guy would step in with his arrogance and show who he is. This is the actual unit that was repaired at no charge. It was repaired in exchange for a reel deck, turntable and speakers. You listed for nearly $500. If it takes over 30 days go back and get it with your deposit. "Now go run and tell that!

The folks working there wear masks, and so do the patrons. I felt safe getting my parts while I was there
