Jay came out and immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem with our AC. We were back up and running in short order. HERO is our go to and I appreciate that Jay has experience with our system and while it is at an advanced age, HERO has kept the systems running and well maintained, an excellent and very professional operation.

Great company to work with....very professional and prompt. Anna was able to squeeze us in on a very hot GA summer day when our upper AC unit went out. Kevin came out and had our unit back up and running very quickly. He was very thorough, checked the system and found the issue quickly. Alicia followed up a few days later to ensure service was top notch and the issue was fixed. I will be scheduling our performance tune-ups through HERO. Great local company and great customer service! Highly recommend!
