the response from the company I received on my review is ridiculous! What are you referring to with the words “Please know that your situation was an exception” because the work service i received and paid for was unexceptionable so how was there any exception?? That is unprofessional to say and now it makes me feel worse about this company very poor service and I regret going with this company and being ripped off of thousands. They did a poor installation in the first place because I do not get good air flow and every time I tell the tech when they come they do nothing!

Installed heating n cooling n humidifier in our home; nothing but problems; summer air goes out and they have been out so many times the owner now tells me that it’s our home and not the A/C unit. Now that winter is upon us the heating system no longer works; we are now having to deal w/ Trane (the manufacture) directly. Total nightmare

Every year I faithfully pay $219 for maintenance on my furnace and ac unit and at this point I feel like it is a rip off. I paid almost $10,000 for the install of a new furnace and ac which is alot of money I trusted this company to do a exceptional job and they didn't install correctly to begin with and everytime the maintenance is done they are only their for 25 Mins to the most and barely do anything! I feel like I have been seriously ripped off by this company.

We have always received exemplary service from their friendly and professional crews. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Hi Anthony, Routine maintenance can mean the difference between prolonging the life of your HVAC system and replacing it years earlier than planned. At a minimum, filters should be changed every 3 months (or less if you have pets or other allergens in your home), and a professional maintenance check should be done prior to the start of each season in order to ensure everything is in working order. I hop this answers your question.
Hi April, While there is no set timeframe for the life of your filters, it is generally recommended you change your filters at least once every three months. This is recommended for the average household but does not account for homes with outside contaminants or other household allergen risks. If, for example, you are a pet owner, we generally suggest changing your filters more frequently on a monthly basis. I hope this answers your question.
Hi Mecy, There are many ways you can tweak your home environments in order to improve the overall energy efficiency. Some of the simplest ways include adjusting your thermostat to more appropriate temperatures, keeping your curtains drawn to better insulate around windows, and utilizing ceiling fans for better air circulation (allowing for more moderate thermostat settings). Give us a call to discuss more personalized options for improving the efficiency of your specific household. I hope this answers your question.
Hi Jeffey, If your furnace or AC isn’t working properly, first check to see that the unit has power and that the thermostat is operating as it should. You can also check to see if your filters are clogged or need to be replaced. If these simple fixes don’t resolve your issues, it’s time to call for repairs. I Hope this answer your questions!
Hi Julie, It’s a short process. Most of the time, our technicians will be in and out of your house in one or two hours. If our technicians find issues with the furnace that require special attention, it may take longer. Hope this help. Thank you!
Hi Merelyn, Our team covers virtually every brand and model of the HVAC component on the market. We undergo continual training to ensure we have the expert service and repair knowledge you need, no matter what brand or model you have. I hope this answers your question!

Routine maintenance can mean the difference between prolonging the life of your heating system and replacing it years earlier than planned. Ideally, we always encourage our customers to do a maintenance check once every year. This helps you rest assured that your unit is working properly, minimizing the risk of costly repairs or replacements down the road.
The decision to upgrade to a new heating system isn’t often a cut and dry case. In general, if your system has reached 10+ years of age and the repairs are looking to be more than 30% of the cost of a new system, we recommend considering an upgrade.
Smart thermostats can help your household cut energy costs by allowing you to set a customizable program for your home climate. It allows you to access your home system even when you’re away in order to change the settings and save your system from working extra hard to maintain a temperature for an empty house.
It’s possible to improve your energy efficiency and lower your utility expenses without upgrading to an all-new system. Some of the easiest ways to reduce your carbon footprint and save on your heating and cooling bills include running your system at night when there is less demand from the outside to keep up with the set temperatures, and keeping your thermostat set at a more moderate temperature. We would be happy to discuss other ways you can improve your home’s energy efficiency – give us a call today.
Yes, and in many different ways. Maintenance means paying for fewer repairs and not having to replace the system early. It also helps a heater to run more efficiently and save money from month to month.
All heating units must go through annual maintenance checks. Gas-powered systems, such as gas furnaces, need maintenance to keep them operating safely. But any heating system will suffer from problems, such as a rise in operating costs and the risk of a breakdown, without a regular inspection and tune-up.
