Well organized.

Easy parking, always in on time. Appreciate the convenience compared to the larger Roseville campus.

The worse service, you call to see your doctor and they said, they will call you and never call you back.!! I think doctors just want to charge the insurance for nothing!! They don't care about your health!!!

My Doctors at Kaiser Lincoln continue to make it unnecessarily difficult to get a referral. I have spent way too much time and effort trying to get a Dermatology referral. My email exchanges with these “Doctors” reads like I am attempting to take money directly from their pockets by requesting a referral. The last message I received was asking me to make yet another PCP appointment so they can “get high-quality Stentor photos with dermoscopy.” Really? The soonest I can get another appointment with a provider is in 3 weeks which will delay this issue even more. This is extremely inefficient and frustrating. Why not just allow me to go to the Dermatologist where I can get a specialist to deal with this issue. 2 Week Update: After another visit with my PCP they finally referred me to a Dermatologist. I called Dermatology and they said the soonest appointment would be in two months for my “Non-Urgent” issue. I told her that was unacceptable. After an unnecessary negotiation process, I was able to see a Dermatologist sooner at another location. Bottom line is I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Unbelievable.
