Well done @Samsung @SamsungMobile @SamsungUS Poor customer service and an unwillingness to make an unfortunate situation right has forever confirmed that I will never purchase or own anything made by @Samsung again and I will do everything I can to deter people I know from buying their products. Judging from many of the other reviews, I'm not the only one.

They gave a pretty high credit limit. Their deals are great. Try the stores or online stores and you'll be surprised at what they will offer you.
