The service was fine. The breakfast was not what I've become accustomed to at Residence Inn even post COVID. Also they need to fix the clasp to lock the door for my specific room. I've never seen where the clasp could lock upon exit. It took about 30 minutes for a maintenance worker to unhook it and that was at 10:30p 😡 Otherwise it's a good location. There is a Food lion about 3 minutes away and a Chic Fil A within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and on the surface and from far away looks nice. Nice premium toiletries and a full kitchen with dishes and a hot plate to cook. Large fridge, dishwasher, sitting area with pull out sofa. But when you look closer there are roaches in the rooms, cobwebs, and things look dingy and dated. Housekeeping is intermittent. Hope this hotel can recover.

The staff was awesome. I had a procedure done and needed an early check in. They didn't have the room I reserved ready so they upgraded me free of charge. The rooms are awesome. Everything was clean, the bed and couch were both very comfortable. The grounds are really pretty and the hotel is close to several restaurants for convenience. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

The rooms were fine and the staff were helpful. The Wi-Fi never worked, and we were there for a week. My in-laws reported the same thing from their stay months ago. I think they simply don't have Wi-Fi.
