Stayed here twice for work and the first time was great no problems. The second time I stayed here it was way to crowded and I had roaches crawling on me while I was in bed. I would strongly recommend limiting the occupancy and taking care of your hotel. Hotel staff, laughed and asked "what you don't want to sleep with the bugs" "Sseymo" I would strongly stay away until the staff start taking care of this hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The comforter and pillows were so soft. Everything was bright and clean. Pool was open but I did not visit.

I’m a very picky traveler. While I can’t say this hotel is absolutely perfect, let me explain my 5 stars. I’m used to much more swank in a hotel. I had a few personal preferences here which I asked for and were met well. This hotel was fully booked while I was there. The staff were professional and kind. The room was very clean. To be so crowded, the room was super quiet, even near the elevator. I appreciate how everything fell into place even though I didn’t get to stay at the much more expensive hotel I’m used to in this area.

With my daughters disability the shower is always perfect at this hotel. Room is always perfectly cleaned and sanitized when we arrive. Super friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure you feel like family.

Usually a service animal is welcome to stay with the owner as long as they don't destroy the rooms.

Is there a deposit if I'm paying in cash

Yes, you do need a deposit if paying cash. This deposit as opposed to using a credit card protects the hotel from damages, incidentals, and/or cancellations. The reason I know is because a friend of mine stayed their for two months. But of course, nothing beats calling to make certain this is still in place.
