Our car broke down in their parking lot and they were so kind. They welcomed us into their beautiful and clean lobby to wait for our tow truck. The manager helped us call for a rental and urged us to have some coffee and refreshments. It was so great to have such kind customer service when we were not technically even their customers. I definitely plan to stay here on our next trip.

My room was very clean, the air conditioner system was very powerful my room stayed cold this month in July even with the air off. My room was very updated. I had a very nice vanity by the bathroom. The bathroom had a very nice walk in shower with a glass door, a very nice long mirror not to far from the main door. I had 2 Queen beds the mattresses was very comfortable, my sheets, pillow cases, rags, and towels was very clean. The room had basic amenities, blow, dryer, television,refrigerator, microwave, iron, and ironing board. The atmosphere and environment felt safe and my room and surroundings was very quiet and pleasant.The front desk clerk was very, pleasant, and respectful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is your standard no frills hotel. The location is good because you're 20mins away from downtown Raleigh. Almost every time I came back to the hotel there was never anyone at the front desk nor was there any indication as to when they were returning. The treadmill at the gym was broken the belt was folded in half and couldn't move. The lat pull down machine was broken too when you pulled down the weights other parts of the machine would randomly disengage. Breakfast was mediocre too it was a yogurt, banana and frozen breakfast sandwich. The rooms were clean. So all in all if you need just a clean room to lay your head that's close to downtown Raleigh the this is the place.

I book Choice hotels about 2-3 times a week for my driver's. Never had a problem. I put my Driver's names as the reservation on the website as normal. This location told me they specifically require me to add the driver's name in the notes of the reservation. I had the guy at the desk read every detail to me on the reservation and it said My Driver's name and the American Express he was using matched. They also wouldn't let my driver park his truck in the parking log because the don't allow commercial vehicles in the lot. Seems like that should be something on the posting. Our company won't use them again. The person at the desk was just rude.
