Adriena at the front desk is the BEST! I spoke to Adriena on the phone regarding last minute reservations and she was wonderful! she was so professional and flexible with my clients requests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone travelling to Raleigh based on the front desk staff alone. Great hotel with great staff!

This hotel is new with well appointed furniture and fixtures. Rooms were spacious, clean and very accommodating. Lack of storage space seems to be the trend but it was fine for us who can live out of our suitcases. 55” TV was a plus especially when teleworking and using it as a second screen ;) Decent workout facility and indoor pool though no hot tub. :/ Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.

The remodel is pretty nice! Rather crisp service (a little stoic at times, but good!). Our room was well made and laid, up to an acceptable level for this level of Hilton hotel. Breakfast was of a good quality as well, no complaints. Nice location for the Raleigh/Durham Area.

I suggest you bring the age requirement concern to their attention and don't let them off the hook. Either they refund you or give you the room. Get your parents involve.
Yup, hair dryers are in the rooms. The only annoying thing to me was that there is no TV guide in the TV. And you can't even change the input, so you can't connect a laptop via HDMI to watch Sling for instance. Annoying!
