Never responds to emails or phone calls… have tried multiple days and times. What’s the point?

i called Kruk cards to try to sell my 1 and 1/2 million sport cards as well as autographs and everything else i had. I t took 2 phone calls and a week later someone finally called back.. They wanted a list of what i had so i mailed them a list. That was 3 and 1/2 weeks ago.I called Monday Dec 27 again still no answer or no response.. They say they buy everything how can you say that when you dont call back.I was told you all were fair and i have lots of good things which you all will never see. I know covid is dangerous and you dont want to travel. But i least a phone call you cant catch it over the phone. I hope you dont treat all your customers like that.
