Awful customer service. Delivery guy did not use door knocker and then after lightly knocking leaves within minutes. No phone call and when the place finally opened all they gave me was poor excuses instead of doing their job and dropping off my appliance. They were rude and hung up on me when I decided to cancel the order claiming I threatened them. Let's be clear when a customer is being treated this way and all he wanted was the service done correctly and you turn the narrative around on him he will go out of his way to let others know about it. That's not a threat that's a customers right. I will also report the matter to The BBB David. Never will I do business with this company in the future.
