The staff is friendly and helpful however the hotel's decor is dated and the WIFI is not good at all. They charge you $15 a day to use the WIFI unless you subscribe to the Bonvoy rewards membership. I signed up with Bonvoy and the WIFI still didn't work. Very frustrating. The housekeeping staff only clean & check rooms every other day so we had to get coffee for the coffee maker on days they didn't clean. There is also not a microwave in the room, only a small refrigerator.

Comfy beds! Rooms have plenty of space. Located on the golf course and far enough from the highway to prevent noise.

First - rooms are spacious, very clean and bed was comfortable. Now to what really made my stay a five star. I was very impressed by how welcoming the staff were. I stayed for4 nights; every single time I passed a Marriott employee in the hall, by the pool or anywhere on the grounds they were the first to say a cheerful hello. The welcoming feel of a hotel always begins with those who greet you first. Charles and Paul at the bell stand were extremely professional, and were so very helpful. They started my stay on a very positive note and ended it the same way. I was very impressed with both of them. Caleb, at the front desk helped me with numerous things during my stay, always with a smile. These three staff made me feel like I was in my home and truly part of the family. Thank you Charles, Paul and Caleb

The best part of this little gem of a hotel is their Staff. From the transportation/bell desk to the front desk and everyone in food and beverage, amazing 5 Star Service! The rooms and hallways could be updated, but the rest of the property is very comfortable. The beds are divine and super comfortable. Outside areas, restaurant and very nice and the view of the golf course compliments this property. The location is nice and you feel like your miles from the city, except for smaller planes and jets landing and taking off from the Scottsdale Airport. We would definitely stay here just because of the 5 Star Service of the Staff!
