Nice staff. However, The room was very hot and the heat was radiating off of the brick walls. Also, we found a family of bugs in the bathtub that were living in the drain. We went to the front desk to notify them and the manager on duty offered to go to pick it up, but she said “it was normal” to have bugs in the rooms. Did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel where they were so nonchalant about that. Upon request they agreed to change us to another room-the new room was also gross. The shower looked like it has not been cleaned, and all around the drain there was hair. We promptly left the hotel and we’re given a refund.

Positive: Excellent value. Thought it was a little strange that there was a Jacuzzi in the bedroom. It would¿ve been nice if there was a bar or an area to sit at but they block it off. Every other hotel I¿ve stayed at the dining or sitting space are open.

Sundial is an amazing hotel in every way! Everywhere from the lobby to the rooms are very clean. Free breakfast in the morning is also a huge plus! And last but not least, the staff here are hands down the friendliest and most accommodating in town.

Nice hotel. Close enough to old town, good location. Across the street some great nightclubs for the young adults. You should request a room that limits the amount of noise. We did, so it was not that noisy. Loved this part of Phoenix. Good breakfast, mgmt: please add bacon or ham, not everyone can eat sausage. Our favorite attraction while visiting was the Segway Tours. Keep it in mind when visiting, so much fun and informative.
