We have stayed at dozens of Holiday Inns over the years but this was by far our favorite mostly because the staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel was so clean and the location so convenient to shopping. We had a totally relaxing time despite the stress of travel to a destination wedding. Thank you Holiday Inn Staff! Hope to see you in the future.

Very quiet hotel at a busy location. Move touch! It's an HGI with all the normal stuff you'd expect. Good staff, good help, good location. Came for business ... As usual, it fit my needs. Well done 👍🏼

Positive: Close to where we needed to be with great access to the 101 loop. The staff was incredible. This is what I expect from service staff at a hotel Negative: we had ordered a 2 bed room with handicap necessities but all were given out to other customers. The staff made the right accommodations needed for our needs and provided a discount for our room not being what we had ordered. Very appreciative for that.

Positive: The staff is amazing at this hotel! They are super friendly and helpful. The extras are great as well (gym, office area, etc.) Mostly, the people are the best part of the experience! Negative: I have stayed at this hotel twice. My first room was perfect. My second room was not as well kept up. The back of the bathroom door was scratched and needed sanding/painting. Plus, the bed was not as comfortable.
